Dabke
It is a Jordanian folk dance.Dancers line up in a row or in a circle.They are male or female, and the dances are performed either mixed or separated by the sexes.The dance is led by the first dancer and he generally determines the direction of the dance and usually performs additional movements that demonstrate his skill. The dabkeh consists of leg movements and is characterized by loud striking on the ground, accompanied by folk music playing.
The Jordanian Samer dance (Aldihya)
is a Bedouin dance practiced in Jordan on weddings and other celebrations, and it combines the art of poetry and dance. its performed collectively The men line up in one or two opposite rows and sway left and right. The poet in the middle of one of the two rows sings his poem and repeats the two rows alternately and the dance is sometimes slow with foot movements and quick successive movements.
Al-Farda
is an important thing in Jordanian events such as weddings and graduations, and it is a group of cars that drive behind each other and they show their happiness by singing and honking the cars along the road. In weddings, for example, the bride and groom's car is decorated with roses, and the cars of the groom's relatives are with him, and singing and (buzzing) begin in the car as an expression of joy until they reach their home or the wedding hall.
Food feast
Also in the celebrations, after the Jordanians express their happiness by dancing and singing, a lunch or dinner feast is held to thank the people who came to the celebration, which consists of many dishes of mansaf, the most popular dish in the governorates.and if this indicates anything, it indicates the hospitality of the Jordanians .
